BERENICE CURT
BERENICE CURT ARCHITECTURE is a Paris-based architecture and design practice founded in 2021 by Bérénice Curt, following years of experience within internationally acclaimed firms. Her work is shaped by a rich journey across Japan, South America, Italy, and Switzerland.
Rooted in a deep respect for craft, each project reflects a meticulous attention to detail and a strong material sensitivity. Raised in a creative environment, Curt blends visual and physical disciplines to inform her process. Over time, she has cultivated a trusted network of artisans and partners—relationships that are essential to the studio’s ability to deliver refined, meaningful spaces.
The studio’s enduring fascination with marble began during the restoration of a 17th-century Tuscan villa. Beyond its beauty and structural strength, marble revealed its complexity through the expertise of local artisans. Traditionally used in large-scale formats, the process often leaves behind unused offcuts—fragments rich with potential.
The Testa dei Marmi and Tavole dei Marmi collections are a tribute to this overlooked material. By reimagining marble waste, the studio reinterprets its classical language—transforming remnants into pieces that are both sculptural and forward-looking.
